It blends a traditional restaurant with a modern vibrant grill and has relaxed service, a regularly changing ‘special’, traditional breads, and modern food presentation. You can even choose your steak by the breed of cattle. There is a great beer menu and a good selection of well priced wines.
The menu emphasises the fantastic range of fresh quality products available locally and showcases the unique skills of the hotel’s kitchen brigade. Menus are designed to be seasonal, with comfort-food for the dark winter nights, and lighter dishes in spring and summer. The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday for dinner from 18:30 to 22:00 (last order at 21:45). The restaurant is closed on Sundays.
Retrouve Cafe has a relaxed and informal setting and offers a mouth-watering selection of dishes at reasonable prices. The menu is changed regularly. There is a specially selected menu at weekends designed to offer a speedy and efficient service. A children's buffet can be offered, depending on the number of junior guests at the hotel. Breakfast is offered from 06:30 to 10:00 (Monday-Friday); and 07:30 to 11:00 (Saturday and Sunday). Lunch is served from 12:00 to 14:00 (closed Saturday and Sunday). Dinner is served from 18:30 to 22:00.
Retrouvé Bar is the perfect setting for a lighter meal, offering an extensive lounge menu in informal and comfortable surroundings. You can enjoy drinks and cocktails in the evening and watch sports on the big screen TV. The bar is open from 19:00 to 23:00.
